Integrated Planning

Anoka-Ramsey Community College is a forward-thinking institution that uses inclusive processes to create a vision of its future as one that both serves its current students and anticipates its potential students. The college uses an integrated planning and budgeting process to align strategic and academic goals with its mission-and with the strategic directions of the MnSCU System. Designs for Distinction (strategic plan) and Designs for Opportunity (academic master plan) are core planning documents that align with department plans to guide resource allocation; these plans are made operational and results are entered and shared with the President’s Council and outside constituent groups at midyear and year end.
